How I engage
I don’t do scoped projects with fixed deliverables. I embed with teams — working inside your tools, your Slack, your Linear — and operate as an IC for the duration.
Typical engagements run 3–6 months. I’m available part-time (2–3 days/week) or full-time. Remote-first; on-site available for teams in the UK and Europe.
