Sea Your History was a heritage digitisation initiative bringing together maritime records from Australian state archives, museums, and private collections. The brief was a public-facing discovery platform that felt approachable to general visitors while giving researchers the filtering and metadata depth they needed.
I built the platform on WordPress Multisite with a custom FSE block theme, a bespoke archive taxonomy covering vessel type, era, and geographic region, and a faceted search implementation using a custom Query Loop block pattern. The project digitised and published 50,000+ records in its launch phase.
